What to expect from the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what would you like to explore and perhaps what your goals are. I will also explain how I work, and you can ask any question you may have. I will be also gathering information about you, to get a sense of you. There is no pressure - this is a gentle and supportive start to see, if we are a good fit.

What therapeutic approach do you use?

I work as an Integrative and humanistic psychotherapist. I am tailoring therapy to each individual. My core approach is Transactional Analysis (TA), a powerful psychological framework that helps you understand patterns in how you feel, think and relate to others. I blend TA with other approaches is, such as Gestalt, CBT and Psychodynamic approach.

What is a difference between short-term, mid-term and long-term therapy?

  • Short-term therapy - ( typically 6-12 sessions), focuses on specific issues or goals.

  • Mid-term therapy - offers space for a deeper exploration and usually runs for several months. Deeper change can be expected.

  • Long - term therapy - deeper healing and long lasting change, supports ongoing personal growth.

What are your sessions fees?
